Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of CHemicals

As part of the European Union strategy to ensure a high level of safety while using and distribute chemicals and creating a competitive chemicals industry the EU decided to create an equable mechanism. This goal was reached by legislation of REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 December 2006. REACH ORS

The REACH mechanism is very wide and valid for all the chemicals whether they were manufactured in Europe or were imported, whether they for use as “on their own”, preparations or as substances in articles.

One of the main principles in the REACE regulation is forwarding the responsibility to provide all the safety and environmental information that is necessary for each hazardous material to the manufacturers.
